This place in Osaka, Torisoba Zagin, is apparently flipping the script on the humble ramen bowl. We're talking fried burdock root (gobō!) artfully arranged on a bed of foamed broth. It sounds wild, but also kinda stunning, like a minimalist sculpture you can slurp.
